The Cabinet Type Hank Dyeing Machine (HTHP) is designed for high-temperature dyeing of yarn hanks under controlled pressure conditions, ensuring uniform color penetration and excellent fastness properties. This single-storey, double-gate machine is built with a heavy-duty stainless steel body to withstand high-temperature operations ranging from 120°C to 125°C. Its robust construction and precision-engineered components make it suitable for consistent batch dyeing in modern yarn processing units.

Equipped with a 10 HP Siemens motor, AC drive control panel, stainless steel heating coil system, and safety pressure mechanisms, the machine ensures stable performance and operational safety. The system includes stainless steel hangers, precision main shaft assembly with mechanical seal, and efficient water inlet and drain valves for smooth dyeing cycles. Designed for durability and high productivity, this HTHP machine delivers reliable results in demanding textile environments.
